As our Social Media Community Coordinator,you’ll be part of the PR,Community \& Partnership team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager Social Media \& Editorial Social Media . You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers \- today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Global Community Coordinator supports the execution of Dr. Martens’ global social media community management. This role helps ensure the brand shows up consistently,responsively and authentically across social platforms by delivering day\-to\-day community engagement,monitoring conversations,and supporting insight collection.

Working in the Global PR,Community \& Partnerships team,and working closely with Brand,Editorial and Customer Service teams,the role ensures community interactions reflect brand tone of voice and contribute to positive consumer experience,engagement quality and cultural relevance.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Social Media Community Coordinator,you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and engage with Dr. Martens’ global social communities by responding to comments,messages and mentions,applying brand voice guidelines and driving meaningful interaction across channels.

  • Monitor conversations,trends and sentiment,identifying audience insights,curating brand\-right UGC,and reporting key themes,opportunities and potential risks.

  • Support community campaigns,content and activations through content engagement,event coverage,creator/community interaction,seeding requests and amplification of brand moments.

  • Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including Social,PR,Customer Service and Brand,escalating sensitive issues where required and supporting community management operations,processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY SKILLS \& CAPABILITIES

Put simply,the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Social media and community management experience,with an understanding of how to engage audiences,manage conversations and represent a consumer brand across social platforms.

  • Strong communication and attention to detail,with the ability to write in a clear,brand\-aligned tone while following guidelines,processes and escalation protocols.

  • Analytical and judgement skills,able to identify engagement trends,audience sentiment and community feedback,and recognise when issues require escalation.

  • Collaborative,adaptable and organised,comfortable working in fast\-paced social environments,using community management tools (e.g. Sprinklr,Dash Social) and partnering effectively with cross\-functional teams.
