Job Title:GLOBAL CHANGE MANAGER \- SUPPLY CHAIN

JOB SUMMARY:

CARE USA is initiating a multi\-year global Supply Chain transformation programme which aims to enhance the cost, speed, scale, sustainability and quality of response through improvements delivered across our entire supply chain, which includes: Planning and Procurement; Warehousing and Distribution; Fleet Management; Cash Voucher Assistance; and overall supply chain capability and sustainability.

The Senior Global Change Manager sits within the Transformation Team at CARE USA, which is responsible for supporting functional areas to deliver transformation projects and programmes across CARE's Country Offices. As the Global Change Manager for Supply Chain Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change and deployment related deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of the transformation programme. This includes the implementation of an integrated Supply Chain and Finance platform on Oracle Fusion as well as making significant improvements to CARE’s fleet.

You will have a proven track record of successful change management and supporting the delivery of major projects in regards to business processes and systems within a large and complex international organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement*

• Develop stakeholder analysis and ensure that it feeds into the development of change and comms planning.


• Develop leadership alignment approaches and a broader stakeholder engagement plan, and ensure their effective delivery to achieve buy\-in and support of projects.


• Develop change management material to support the engagements – such as a Compelling Story, Current/Future State Analysis, and overall change impact assessments.

*Change impact assessment and change planning*

• Develop detailed change and impact analyses to identify the difference between current and future states across all priority projects, and ensure that all people, process and system changes are documented, understood and effectively communicated.


• Define a change approach to ensure that the desired changes are delivered effectively and in a sustainable way.


• Develop detailed transition plans which capture all necessary activities at project and country level to manage the change process.

*Project communication and engagement*

• Partner with key strategic initiatives’ sponsors and leads to design and implement robust communication plans ensuring overall organizational alignment. Provide strategic counsel as needed to drive further alignment, reduce resistance, and accelerate adoption of priority projects.


• This will include anticipating needs, spotting emerging challenges and identifying/developing influencers to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in the right ways at the right times.

*Building change management organizational capability*

• Be an active member of the Transformation team, which is CARE's internal capability of project and change managers.


• Help develop the maturity of CARE USA's Change Approach and deliver trainings to different stakeholder groups.


• Be a champion of change management and advocate for the important role it plays in the delivery of CARE USA's transformation agenda.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications/Journalism/Marketing, organizational development, change management, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.


• 5\-7 years’ practical experience in change management and communications of large scale and complex transformational change initiatives


• Experienced with source to pay system implementation


• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communications skills, written and spoken


• Experienced of working across a project lifecycle to deliver change management oversight and interventions


• Experienced with source to pay system implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in change management


• Change management consulting, exposed to various sectors and fields (aid impact/programs, business, operations, people and culture, etc.)


• International experience and understanding of challenges facing the humanitarian and development sector
