Depending on the project and location, the position can be offered on a remote or hybrid basis within Greece.
Your Responsibilities
- Support German\-speaking customers and business contacts in a professional and solution\-oriented manner
- Assist with sales\-related inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support the sales process and contribute to achieving individual and team targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Accurately update customer information and activities in internal systems
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a high\-quality customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer\-focused and commercially minded approach
- Comfortable working with targets and in a dynamic international environment
- Around 1 year of previous sales or sales support experience is a plus.
- Currently residing in Greece or willing to relocate to Greece
