French-Speaking CS Agent for Gaming Sector -Relocation to Portugal

We are looking for French\-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an onsite position with a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation provided, offering an excellent opportunity to combine your interest in gaming with an international customer support career.

The Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist French\-speaking players with account, product and technical\-related questions across different communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English


• Assisting players with account management, login and payment\-related enquiries


• Troubleshooting issues involving gaming consoles, software and connected devices


• Guiding customers through product setup, installation and synchronization


• Providing assistance before and after product purchases


• Helping customers resolve technical and product\-related issues


• Accurately documenting customer interactions and following internal procedures


• Escalating more complex cases when necessary


• Delivering a friendly, professional and customer\-focused experience

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French


• Good command of English, both written and spoken


• Strong interest in gaming, technology and consumer electronics


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills


• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory


• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast\-paced environment


• Positive attitude and strong team spirit


• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills


• Flexibility to work rotating schedules


• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite
