We are looking for a business\-minded Customer Relations Advisor to join a world\-leading company in the heavy vehicle and transport industry. In the world of international shipping, our main goal is simple: keeping delivery trucks moving is the only way to succeed.

Based in the industrial city of Ghent, Belgium, you will represent a famous vehicle brand. You will be the main link between advanced vehicle technology and the international companies that keep the world's goods moving.

The Mission: Supporting Global Logistics

In this role, you do more than just basic customer service. You provide helpful advice and custom solutions for top\-tier fleet owners, shipping partners, and specialized vehicle dealerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hybrid Work: Enjoy a balanced schedule by working four days a week at our Ghent office and one day from home.


• Business Support: Handle important requests through phone calls and digital messages, keeping up our reputation for safety and quality.


• Smart Problem\-Solving: Find the real cause of difficult shipping and service issues to provide the best solutions for our business partners.


• Teamwork: Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to keep work smooth and information correct.


• Paid Training: You do not need past experience in this industry yet. We pay for your expert training to make sure you learn everything about the transport and shipping world.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: MULTILINGUAL \& RELIABLE

We want proactive people who can handle a fast\-paced, international work environment.

• Language Skills: You must speak both German and Dutch perfectly at a native or near\-native level.


• English Skills: You need to be fluent in English (B2 level or higher) for internal meetings and company paperwork.


• Professionalism: You are committed to great service and stay calm and focused even when things get very busy.


• Computer Skills: You are good at using different software tools and analytical programs at the same time.


• Shift Work: You are able to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule to make sure our global clients always have support.
