Geotechnical Site Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking to strengthen our Construction team with a Geotechnical Site Engineer, based out of our Stirling or Glasgow offices. This role will be primarily site\-focused and will contribute to the delivery of our exciting upcoming geotechnical projects.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Site management and supervision of geotechnical sites and drilling activities with weekly progress reporting to the wider team, time tracking and independent self\-discipline to deliver all work safely, on time and to budget.


• Collection of geotechnical information in support of geotechnical engineers and lead drillers in all drilling, logistics and maintenance activities as required.

• Open participation in safety culture and contribution to team discussions.


• Conducting in\-situ testing in assistance of geotechnical engineers.


• Works planning and execution.


• Logistical and supervision support for geotechnical investigation campaigns.


• Professional team and client interaction.


• Attend regular meetings with Projects teams on site and at our yard / offices if necessary.


• Commercially focussed and cost conscious able to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
