The Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)
- Encourage students to develop a strong understanding of physical and human geography
- Promote awareness of global issues and sustainability
- Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum expectations
- Contribute to the wider school community, including field trips and enrichment activities
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching Geography within a secondary school setting
- Is passionate about their subject and committed to raising student attainment
- Possesses strong classroom management and communication skills
- Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities
