The Geo\-data Advisor Geotechnics (Land \& Marine) provides subject matter expertise, domain visioning, portfolio leadership and governance for geo data digitalisation across both the Marine Geotechnical service line \& Land Site Investigation service lines.
You define and harmonise geo\-data standards, guide the digitalisation portfolio and help shape connected workflows, data models and application interfaces that make our operations safer, smarter and more consistent. You work closely with operations, regional digitalisation representatives, solution architects and product teams across all regions to support the future of Geotechnics at Fugro.
Your role
- You define and govern geotechnical geo\-data standards to harmonise Land and Marine workflows;
- You ensure consistent, validated data reporting and common formats across global projects;
- You oversee and align digital workflows for Marine Geotechnical and Land Site Investigations;
- You support workflow owners in shaping priorities, scope and value of digital solutions;
- You act as key stakeholder in the geotechnical application landscape, driving standardisation and automation;
- You enable integrated systems by defining interfaces and supporting single sources of truth;
- You lead coordination, vision and roadmap for geotechnical digitalisation, promoting adoption, efficiency and scalability.
- You bring 15\+ years of experience in geotechnical site investigations across acquisition, processing, integration and reporting;
- You have a strong background in geotechnical data and understand digital workflows, data models and geotechnical reporting requirements;
- You are able to define business value and control that value against cost over time;
- You can reason across application landscapes and data interfaces rather than focusing on single tools;
- You have proven ability to work across regions and disciplines and to manage key stakeholders effectively;
- You bring the experience and perseverance to discover through the entire lifecycle management of digital products and to lead organisational change successfully.
