Duties

• Provide patient\-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions tailored to individual needs


• Assist with routine examinations, vaccinations, and health screenings to promote preventive care


• Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities thoroughly


• Support patients through health education, explaining treatment plans, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications


• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies


• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate care effectively


• Monitor patient vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration to ensure prompt intervention


• Conduct LTC reviews


• Infection control lead

• Proven experience working as a registered nurse in a primary care or general practice setting is preferred


• Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely and confidently in accordance with clinical guidelines


• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse patient populations and explaining complex health information clearly


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care


• Familiarity with Systmone


• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in primary healthcare

Expected hours: 18\.0 per week
