What you’ll do
- Deliver warm, attentive and confident service from arrival through to farewell.
- Build strong menu knowledge and guide guests through food, wine and drinks choices.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain polished tables, stations and dining areas throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond thoughtfully to feedback and help create memorable experiences.
- Previous waiting experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for food, wine and excellent service.
- Friendly, positive and naturally engaging with guests and colleagues.
- Calm, organised and attentive in a fast\-paced environment.
- A reliable team player who takes initiative and pride in the details.
