The Role:
At Treelogy, the General Manager is more than a title—you're the heart of your boutique store. You’re a bold, driven leader who knows that great leadership starts with people. You set the tone, inspire your team, and deliver unforgettable hospitality, day in and day out.
This isn’t a “sit back and observe” kind of role. It’s dynamic, hands\-on, and people focused. Whether you're leading a buzzing morning shift, mentoring your next rising star, or refining the guest experience, you're always at the centre of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team in delivering an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
- Monitor the quality of coffee, drinks, and food to ensure they meet Treelogy’s higheststandards.
- Oversee smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, issueresolution, and maintaining a functional, well\-stocked store.
- Actively mentor and develop team members, creating clear pathways for growth withinTreelogy.
- Motivate and empower staff to perform at their best, fostering a positive, collaborativework culture.
- Own the store’s financial performance—track KPIs, manage costs, and identifyopportunities for growth and drive efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, including daily due diligenceand EHO requirements.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout thespace.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align your café’s performance with company\-widegoals, values and vision.
- Cultivate a vibrant, social, and inclusive workplace that your team is proud to be part of.
- Keep fridges, displays, and retail areas well\-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Maintain the unique aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere of Treelogy’s beautifullydesigned boutiques.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Store Manager in a high\-volume hospitality or coffee environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Financial acumen and confidence working with KPIs and budgets.
- A love of great coffee and design\-led spaces (coffee knowledge a plus).
