About Us:
We are a vibrant and dynamic bar located in the heart of Birmingham's financial district. Our venue boasts a stunning rooftop space, event space and bar area, where guests can enjoy live music, DJs, and a lively atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and take our bar to new heights.

Role Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fast\-paced, high\-volume wet\-led venue. From managing operations to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our rooftop bar.

Key Responsibilities:
\- Leadership: Lead by example, inspire your team, and foster a positive work environment.
\- Operations: Ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and compliance.
\- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they step onto our rooftop.
\- Events and Entertainment: Curate an exciting line up of live music, DJs, and special events to keep our guests coming back for more.
\- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
\- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the bar and attract new customers.
\- Health and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications and Experience:
\- Previous Management Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a busy bar or nightclub.
\- Passion for Hospitality: You thrive in a fast\-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
\- Event Management Skills: You know how to create buzz\-worthy events and entertainment that draw crowds.
\- People Skills: You're a natural leader who can motivate and develop a diverse team.
\- Personal License: A personal license to sell alcohol is essential.
