General Manager

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and confident General Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level. You must have a genuine love for bar service, and take a proactive hands\-on approach to driving your business forward. You will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for leading from the front, and an eye for detail, and in return you will be given the opportunity to drive the business forward and really make your mark!

About Us

The Old Blue Last is an iconic live music venue and pub in Shoreditch, London. With a 7\-day program, we showcase a mix of emerging and established artists, offering live music in an intimate setting. Our stage has hosted everything from breakthrough acts to well\-known names.

About Rose

Rose Pubs Group was founded with the purchase of the ‘The Rose Public House’ in South London. With the tried and tested method of hoping for the best we now have a collection of pubs, bars, music venues and hotels across the UK.

The team is a bizarre mix of characters and we’re proud to embrace unique personalities from all walks of life. We know that to achieve greatness we need great music, great drinks \& most importantly… great people!
