We are now looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our team from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the restaurant,build and inspire a high\-performing team,and establish a destination venue known for outstanding hospitality,operational excellence and commercial success.

As General Manager,you will lead from the front,driving performance through exceptional guest experiences,strong financial results and a people\-first leadership approach. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider support teams,you will play a pivotal role in establishing a best\-in\-class operation and bringing the Harry’s experience to life in Glasgow.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• You have proven previous experience managing a large,structured team in a high\-paced,high\-volume restaurant


• You’ll lead by example,inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times


• You have the confidence to go the extra mile


• You love to wow guests with exceptional service


• You have excellent English language skills
