Your Day\-to\-Day

- Full P\&L ownership — revenue,labour,GP,and operating costs
- Building and leading a high\-performing,genuinely engaged management and team structure
- Driving a guest experience
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety,compliance,and operational excellence
- Recruiting,developing,and retaining top talent at every level
- Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values \- passion,Pizza \& people
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high\-volume,quality\-led hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen \- confident with P\&L,budgets,forecasting,and driving a bottom line
