General Manager – Ripple Dental Care

Salary: £36,000\-£40,000 DOE a year \+ bonus
Location: Edinburgh New Town
Employment Type: Full\-time, 5 days per week

Duties

• Supporting and motivating our friendly team


• Overseeing smooth day\-to\-day running of the practice


• Managing staff rota, communication and teamwork


• Supporting admin and general operations

• Proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain efficient day\-to\-day operations.


• A positive, professional, and calm approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.


• Proactive and reliable, with a genuine commitment to supporting team wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture.
