We’re looking for an operator.

Someone who can build a team, champion great food, drinks and hospitality, grow a business and help make Paddy’s the kind of place people can’t wait to come back to.

Great pizza. A short\-but\-perfect drinks list. Great music. Good people.

Five\-day working week. Four days of trading. One day focused on planning, people and performance.

What You'll Do

• Run the day\-to\-day operation of Paddy’s.


• Lead, inspire and develop a brilliant team.


• Champion exceptional food, drinks and hospitality.


• Create an atmosphere guests want to be part of.


• Build relationships with regulars and first\-time visitors alike.


• Grow the business while protecting what makes Paddy’s special.


• Help shape the future of the brand.

What We're Looking For

You’ll combine exceptional hospitality instincts with strong commercial awareness and take genuine ownership of the business.

This role comes with real autonomy. We’re not looking for someone to follow a playbook. We’re looking for someone who wants to help write it.
