Set in the heart of Hackney Wick, LVLS offers a unique experience spanning 3 dynamic floors:

• Main Bar


• The Mezz (big screen sports, competitive socialising and games


• The venue (280 capacity grassroots venues)

We are now seeking an experienced, driven, and commercially focused General Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and management team.

Job Summary

As General Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the bar’s daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer experience. You will play a key role in building LVLS’ reputation as a standout destination in London’s nightlife scene.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service


• Recruit, train, and develop a high\-performing bar team


• Drive revenue growth through strong commercial awareness and stock control


• Manage budgets, GP margins, and financial reporting


• Maintain compliance with licensing, health \& safety, and company policies


• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues professionally


• Oversee stock ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory management


• Create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Bar Manager


• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P\&L


• Excellent leadership and people management skills


• Experience in the grassroots music scene is highly desirable


• Personal Licence holder (preferred)


• Ability to work late nights and weekend

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
