As we bring The Ivy Asia to Glasgow,we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead this landmark opening from the very beginning. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture,build and inspire a best\-in\-class team,and establish a restaurant recognised for outstanding guest experience,operational excellence,and commercial success.
We are seeking a charismatic and commercially driven leader with a proven track record within premium,luxury,or high\-volume hospitality. Someone who thrives in fast\-paced environments,leads with presence and passion,and understands how to create a culture where both people and performance flourish.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have proven previous experience managing a large,structured team in a high\-paced,high\-volume restaurant
- You’ll lead by example,inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one and making sure morale and welfare stay as high as the standard of service at all times
- You have the confidence to go the extra mile
- You love to wow guests with exceptional service
- You have excellent English language skills
