General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team at NEKA. This role is suited to someone who is a strong leader, highly organised, and genuinely cares about quality, consistency and customer experience.

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day to day running of the shop, leading service, maintaining high standards, managing rotas, stock ordering, training, team organisation and general daily operations. This is a hands on role, so you will be working on the floor during service while also taking ownership of management duties and leading by example.

A minimum of 3 years management experience in a speciality coffee shop is required.

This is essential for the role.

Pay: £34,000\.00\-£37,000\.00 per year
