General Manager

Duties

• Supervise daily café activities, including food preparation \& serving, juice bar, and grab\-and\-go areas


• Lead, train and motivate a diverse team, and support staff to deliver outstanding service


• Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations


• Manage inventory, place orders as needed to maintain stock levels


• Ensure all customers receive warm, friendly, and efficient service


• Drive revenue, optimize costs, and manage labor to meet or exceed budget goals

• Proven supervising or management experience in a café, juice\-bar, or hospitality environment with strong team management skills


• Hands\-on experience with food preparation and barista duties


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling


• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop team members


• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
