General Manager

General Manager. Salary plus Bonus. OTE 38k

Fletchers and Kitchen Garden are two of Birmingham's much\-loved independent venues on popular York Road.

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic General Manager to take responsibility for Fletchers and help us develop the next chapter of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to make your mark through developing new events and ideas, building the customer base, improving sales and create new ways of using the venue.

You'll take the lead on:

• Day\-to\-day running of Fletchers


• Building and motivating a great team


• Sales, budgets and commercial performance


• Events, private parties and entertainment


• Customer experience and standards


• Marketing and promotions


• Developing new revenue streams


• Working with promoters, performers, food operators and local businesses


• Making the most of quieter nights and under\-used spaces

• Proven track record in a leadership role in hospitality.


• Expertise in bar management \- products and technical knowledge.


• Experience in financial planning.


• Experience of Stock, GP and wage control


• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities


• Exceptional communication skills


• A keen eye for attention to detail and high standards.


• Proficiency in marketing and promotions.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
