What’s the role?

We’re on the hunt for experienced General Manager to join our growing team. If you love running a tight ship, building great teams, and making customers happy with good food, you’ll fit right in.

As a GM, you’re the heartbeat of the site. You’ll keep everything ticking, everyone smiling, and the standards sky\-high. No two days are the same, but you’ll be across it all – from the big picture to the tiny details that make a difference.

What you’ll be getting stuck into:

• Running day to day operations like a pro – smooth, sharp, and always on point


• Delivering top\-tier food and service, every single time


• Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team


• Keeping Health \& Safety and food hygiene standards watertight


• Making sure the numbers make sense and the business performs


• Leading from the front – setting the tone and raising the bar


• Managing stock and keeping things running lean and efficient


• Keeping invoices and paperwork up\-to\-date

About you:

You’ve been there, done that – you're someone who thrives in a fast\-paced hospitality environment, and now you’re ready for your next move with a brand on the rise.
