We’re looking for a GM who shares the same passion for our industry, someone who knows the scene inside out and is looking to continue growing, learning and becoming an integral part of the business.
You’ll have plenty of input into the wine list, so excellent wine knowledge is a big plus. They work with some fantastic producers and have an extensive list, so there’s lots of fun to be had here! The food offering across the sites is super produce\-driven and always on point, while continually evolving, making this one of those restaurants you’ll be very happy to return to again and again.
This, together with the events programme, is what makes the role so unique and exciting. There’s a lot going on, so if you’re an ambitious manager who thrives in a fast\-paced business, this could be a brilliant opportunity for you.
You’ll have three Heads of Department reporting directly into you. While we want this to be a GM who is passionate about being on the floor and loves guest interaction, given the variety of what’s going on here, around 50% of your time will also be spent behind the scenes. Being highly organised, proactive and confident in your understanding of a P\&L will therefore be key.
