Some of the most respected people are behind this spot which is critically acclaimed and loved by hospo and non\-hospo folks alike. Service and hospitality is at the heart of what they do and they’re looking for a GM for which that is second nature. Connecting with guests and being genuinely warm is just as important to them as attention to detail and maintaining incredibly high standards. The team here are long standing and really know their stuff so finding someone that can impart knowledge and lead with purpose is the focus.

The owners are very involved and have got the behind\-the\-scenes systems up and running but would love someone to join and help them create the blueprint to follow for future sites. There are exciting growth plans for the business and the intention is very much that this person grows into a multi\-site role. You would spend 4 services on the floor and leading the team with a dedicated admin shift too. There is a focus on evening service here but as the business grows, and the role with it the owners are relaxed and keen for you to manage your time as you see fit. They are keen to find someone who wants to take ownership of the business and there is a lot of autonomy up for grabs
