General Manager Commercial \& Community Growth Focus

Zodiac Bar is one of London's most established LGBTQIA\+ venues and proudly trans\-owned. Located in the heart of central London, just moments from Warren Street station, we've built a reputation as a welcoming, inclusive late\-night destination with community at its heart.

We're looking for a General Manager who wants to do more than run a venue.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the commercial side of hospitality as much as the operational side. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the business, working closely with the Directors to deliver results, develop new opportunities and help shape the future direction of Zodiac.

Alongside leading the day\-to\-day operation, you'll be expected to drive sales, build partnerships and raise the profile of the business. Whether that's attending community events, developing relationships with local organisations, supporting marketing activity or identifying new revenue opportunities, you'll be a visible and active representative of the brand.

You'll lead the management team, take ownership of budgets and performance, and ensure the venue continues to deliver a great experience for customers and staff alike.

We're looking for someone with strong hospitality management experience, ideally within a late\-night environment. You'll be commercially aware, confident in making decisions and comfortable being accountable for business performance.

Experience of working within the LGBTQIA\+ community, or a genuine understanding of the importance of community\-led venues, is highly desirable. Zodiac is more than a bar and we're looking for someone who recognises the role these spaces play in people's lives.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to lead a well\-known venue with a loyal customer base, work directly with the Directors and have a genuine influence over the future of the business.
