General Manager

• Have at least 5 years catering/hospitality experience


• Have at least 2 years management experience


• Be a natural leader, respect others and be open to new ideas, challenges and change


• Be level\-headed/sensible and able to make decisions that make sense for our business, our customers, and our team


• Enjoy hands\-on work, all our managers lead from the kitchen and work shoulder to shoulder with their people

• Be flexible with your shifts, be available to work 5/7 days

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: €37,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year

• Dundrum, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
