Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a meaningful impact in the fertility journey of others? ReproMed, Ireland's leading fertility clinic, is seeking a compassionate and organised Fertility Care Coordinator to join our supportive, team\-oriented environment in Dundrum.

About the Role

As a Fertility Care Coordinator, you'll play a central role in guiding patients through their treatment journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You'll be the main point of contact, providing vital information, coordinating appointments, and ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual informative visits and first consultations

  • Schedule follow\-up appointments and manage patient timelines

  • Educate patients about treatment options, financial pathways, and insurance processes

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure clear communication between patients and clinical staff

  • Provide emotional support and enhance the overall patient experience

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to improve operational efficiency

  • Stay current on fertility treatments and share updates with patients

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years' experience in Patient Coordination/Medical Administration

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

  • A solid understanding of IVF and fertility treatment processes (desirable)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced clinical environment

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
