Across our two distinct business areas \- ETM Collection and ETM Sport London \- our General Managers lead from the front. As General Manager, you'll operate with the autonomy of an entrepreneur, supported by the strength, infrastructure, and expertise of a group renowned for delivering premium hospitality at scale. • Proven Experience: You have significant experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, ideally within high\-end and fast\-paced establishments.


• Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating your team.


• Financial Acumen: You have a solid understanding of restaurant financials and can manage budgets effectively.


• Guest\-centred Approach: You always put the guest experience first, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.


• Problem\-Solving Ability: You thrive in a fast\-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently.
