General Manager – Premium Cocktail \& Live Entertainment Venue – Central London Up to £75k

One of Central London's most distinctive hospitality venues is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a large team and help shape the next chapter of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of an established venue that has built its reputation through exceptional guest experiences, premium drinks, live entertainment and an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

We're looking for a visible, charismatic leader who loves hospitality, enjoys being on the floor and knows how to build a culture that both guests and teams want to be part of.

What's on offer:

The Role:

You'll take full ownership of the day\-to\-day operation, leading the team from the front and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Working closely with the founder, you'll help develop the team, strengthen standards, drive performance and protect the reputation of a highly successful hospitality business.

What you'll bring:

  • Current General Manager or strong AGM ready for a larger challenge

  • Experience within premium hospitality, bars, nightlife or entertainment venues

  • Proven ability to build and motivate high\-performing teams

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for guest experience

  • Confidence leading from the floor during service

  • Energy, personality and a hands\-on approach

This is not a role for somebody who prefers to manage from an office.

We're looking for somebody who still loves hospitality, thrives in busy service environments and enjoys creating memorable experiences for both guests and teams.
