Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to take the lead at a busy, high\-profile live music and late\-night venue in South London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional who loves high\-volume operations, live entertainment, great drinks and creating memorable guest experiences.

As General Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day\-to\-day operation, commercial performance and team of this established and much\-loved venue.

You’ll be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and ensuring every service delivers the energy, atmosphere and standards expected from a premium late\-night operation.

About the role:

Full responsibility for P\&L, sales, GP and labour costs

Driving revenue across the bar, events, bookings and private hire

Managing busy late\-night and weekend operations

Maintaining excellent service, operational and presentation standards

Building and developing a strong management team

Working closely with entertainment and events teams

Driving repeat business and strengthening the venue’s local profile

Ensuring licensing, health \& safety and compliance standards are maintained

You’ll be a hands\-on, charismatic and confident leader who enjoys being at the heart of the operation.

Most importantly, you’ll know how to create an exceptional atmosphere while keeping standards, people and commercial performance firmly under control.
