We are looking for an experienced and driven General Catering Manager to join our team in Minworth, overseeing catering operations within a large and fast\-paced organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead from the front, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional food and service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing* Managing the day\-to\-day catering operation across a busy site

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high\-performing catering team


• Ensuring outstanding food quality, presentation, and customer service


• Managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance


• Maintaining compliance with food safety, health \& safety, and company standards


• Building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence


• Driving innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation

• Strong leadership and people management skills


• Experience managing large\-scale catering operations


• Financially astute with budget management experience


• Passion for food, service, and operational excellence


• Excellent communication and organisational abilities


• Knowledge of food safety and health \& safety legislation
