Nanodent London is opening a new private dental practice in North Finchley and is looking for a professional and patient\-focused GDC Registered Dental Nurse with a recognised Dental Radiography qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Chairside assistance for general, restorative, prosthetic and implant\-related treatments
- Taking digital intraoral and panoramic/OPG radiographs where appropriately prescribed and authorised
- Working within the practice’s IR(ME)R procedures and individual entitlement
- Preparing clinical rooms and radiographic equipment
- Infection prevention and control
- Decontamination and sterilisation support
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Supporting stock control, audits and clinical governance
- Providing calm and professional patient support
- Current GDC registration
- Recognised post\-registration Dental Radiography qualification, such as NEBDN Dental Radiography or equivalent
- Experience with digital dental radiography
- Experience taking panoramic/OPG radiographs
- Appropriate indemnity
- Good infection control knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK
- CBCT experience or CBCT\-specific training
- Implant dentistry experience
- Digital scanner experience
- Private practice experience
- Additional post\-registration qualifications
Employment will be subject to satisfactory GDC verification, employment history, references and appropriate pre\-employment checks.
Pay: £12\.71\-£23\.24 per hour
