About The Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, driven, and organised Marketing \& Social Manager to take full control of the company’s marketing, branding, and online growth.
This is not a standard 9–5 marketing role. We need someone who understands attention, branding, social media, paid advertising, and client attraction — someone who can help grow the business online while also being involved in day\-to\-day content, shoots, campaigns, and business development.
You’ll be responsible for building the brand across all platforms, generating new leads and clients, managing advertising campaigns, organising creative content, and helping execute the vision behind the business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing \& Advertising
- Manage and scale all digital marketing campaigns
- Run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Create strategies to generate high\-quality leads and new clients
- Track ad performance, analytics, and ROI
- Improve online visibility and brand awareness
- Manage SEO and Google Business presence
- Plan, film, and organise social media content
- Attend shoots and property visits
- Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage and business updates
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and social posts
- Schedule and manage content calendars
- Help grow engagement, following, and online presence
- Design flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
- Create artwork and branded graphics
- Ensure all branding stays consistent and professional
- Assist with website updates and visual improvements
- Help create campaigns and launch ideas
- Help bring in new business opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and collaborators
- Assist with networking events and meetings
- Support business promotion and public\-facing content
- Think creatively about ways to grow the brand and reach
- Attend office meetings and planning sessions
- Visit projects and sites when needed
- Organise shoots, content days, and campaigns
- Work closely with the team to push the business forward
Essential Skills
- Experience in marketing and social media management
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Confident creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Good eye for branding, design, and aesthetics
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and bring ideas to the table
- Full UK driving licence
- Photography or videography experience
- Video editing skills
- Experience within property, interiors, or construction
- Copywriting and caption writing experience
- Website or SEO knowledge
