Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage treatments


• Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual client needs


• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas


• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering personalised advice


• Ensure client comfort and safety throughout all treatments


• Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences


• Promote additional services and retail products to clients where appropriate

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist offering different types


• Level 3 or higher


• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English


• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs


• Ability to work in a professional manner while maintaining a friendly demeanour


• Previous experience working in a spa or salon environment is advantageous
