The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven EV Sales Manager to join and lead Anchor EV. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is offered on a full\-time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading Automotive Dealer.

What does a typical day involve?

• Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products


• Working Closely with the Sales Team on Enquiry Management


• Liaising with customers, both face\-to\-face and by phone/email


• Working to market vehicles and services on offer both on Site and online


• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales leader within the automotive industry, you will demonstrate the following:

• Excellent relationship building skills


• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal


• A calm and professional manner


• Build, develop, encourage and improve the team's current sales and success by providing the Sales Team with the structure, mentoring, confidence and motivation to maximise individual's and team potential.


• Understanding of basic business accounts and industry gross profit margins will be required to ensure that targets are met and or exceeded.

Throughout the role we expect successful candidates to develop buying experience until they are comfortable pricing part exchanges and helping to maintain stock levels and stock turnover.

Management experience is essential and successful candidates will also be required to demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and take on responsibility with the increasing demands of the business.

Pay: From £60,000\.00 per year
