About The Role
This is an 8\-month fixed\-term opportunity to join Practice Plus IUC as a Recruiter. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent recruitment service across assigned vacancies, helping attract, engage and hire talented people who support the delivery of high\-quality services.
Working closely with hiring managers, HR teams and Recruitment Partners, you'll manage recruitment activity from attraction through to selection. You'll balance candidate quality, speed of hire and cost\-effective resourcing while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
The role offers the opportunity to develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, online sourcing and engagement activities. You'll be instrumental in helping services meet their workforce needs while promoting Practice Plus IUC as an employer of choice.
You'll join a collaborative recruitment team where relationship\-building, stakeholder management and continuous improvement are valued, with opportunities to contribute to recruitment events and support hiring activity across multiple locations.### What you'll be doing
Partner with hiring managers, HR teams and Recruitment Partners to understand vacancy requirements and recruitment priorities.
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activity, including advertising, candidate sourcing, screening and stakeholder communication.
Develop and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns that promote the organisation's employment proposition and attract high\-quality candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media and other direct recruitment channels to build strong talent pipelines.
Build positive relationships with candidates and provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and effectively utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment activity.
Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements to support successful hiring decisions.
Work closely with post\-offer and HR administration teams to ensure recruitment processes are compliant and completed efficiently.
Support recruitment and healthcare\-focused events while providing guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.### What we’ll look for in you
Evidence of academic or vocational learning at Level 3 or above, such as A Levels or equivalent.
Experience working within an in\-house recruitment team or recruitment agency environment.
Experience using recruitment systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proven ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholders at a variety of levels.
Strong candidate sourcing, attraction and candidate management skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and compliance.
A team\-focused approach, commitment to delivering a quality recruitment service and willingness to travel to recruitment events when required.
