Full\-Time Dental Nurse – Cavendish House Dental Practice

Cavendish House Dental Practice is seeking a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our friendly and experienced team. We are committed to delivering high\-quality, patient\-centred care in a welcoming and modern environment and are looking for an individual who shares our passion for excellent dentistry and outstanding patient care.

This is a full\-time position, with hours ranging from 32–40 hours per week depending on the needs of the practice. Saturday availability is essential, and the successful candidate must be willing to work a minimum of two Saturday per month when required to provide holiday, sickness, or additional practice cover.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Dental Nurse within a busy practice and will be confident providing chairside support across a range of dental procedures. They will be organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and actively contributes to the smooth running of the practice. This includes ensuring surgeries are fully stocked, organised, and prepared for clinical sessions, monitoring stock levels, maintaining high clinical standards, and supporting colleagues wherever needed without requiring constant supervision.

Key responsibilities include assisting dentists during treatments, preparing and sterilising instruments, maintaining accurate patient records, adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional patient care at all times. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach towards patients are essential.
