Full Stack Engineer

We're an early\-stage, well\-funded team building technology that breaks down language barriers in real\-time conversation. We're growing our engineering team and looking for 2\-3 full stack engineers who are hungry, sharp and ready to work on something that actually matters.

The role

You'll work closely with our Head of Engineering or Head of AI. You'll be expected to be comfortable across the full stack \- AI, backend and frontend \- and move between them as the product demands. We're a small team, so versatility matters more than specialisation right now.

What we're looking for

• You've built things outside of class or work \- a side project, a hackathon win, something you were genuinely proud of and can walk us through


• You're full stack, with a preference for backend \- someone who knows their way around frontend but lives in the backend


• You're the kind of person who figures things out rather than waiting to be told how


• You graduated with honours or have an equivalent signal that you're at the top of your field


• You're curious, sharp and energised by hard problems rather than comfortable ones


• Low ego \- you're here to build, not to be seen building
