Job Role
We are looking for a proactive, reliable \& skilled Fulfilment Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands\-on role working closely with the Fulfilment Manager to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of our packing and dispatch operations. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and organisation while supporting the wider fulfilment team.
Responsibilities include:
Packing Finished Products:
- Filling hoppers with freshly baked products and operating automated packaging machinery to package up the finished products.
- Ensure each product is of a high quality, with correct traceability, ready to be packed and distributed to our customers nationwide.
- Always working safely in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation.
- Always maintaining a high level of cleanliness by following opening and clean down procedures.
- Picking, wrapping, packing, and dispatching online and wholesale orders.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring each order is packaged correctly and neatly.
- Receiving, stocking, and replenishing product inventory.
- General department housekeeping and assisting with deliveries.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in fulfilment, warehouse, production, or packing environments is desirable but candidates with transferable experience also welcome.
- Experience operating machinery is desirable, though full training can be provided for candidates with transferable experience or an interest in technology and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high\-quality work.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
- A good understanding of food hygiene and health \& safety practices is desirable.

- Previous experience in food packaging/production would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
- Hourly rate of pay based on experience level
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate (advantageous but not essential as training will be given)
Monday\-Friday 9\-5pm (30 min unpaid lunch break)
