We are currently looking for a Fulfilment and customer care manager to join our Northamptonshire CES Service Centre.

Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day\-to\-day life. This contract and service provides the supply as well as ongoing maintenance and repair of community healthcare equipment for our service users across Northamptonshire.

As the Fulfilment \& Customer Care Manager, you will be focused on delivering an exceptional service for customers and service users. Working closely with NHS partners and internal teams, you will use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement, enhance customer experience, and ensure service standards are consistently achieved. A strong communicator with excellent relationship\-building skills, you will support and develop colleagues while helping to shape the future success of the service.

About you:

Proven experience of working within a senior management/leadership role, healthcare experience would be advantageous

Proven experience managing operational, customer service, logistics, or fulfilment teams

Commercially astute

Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally

Experience using systems such as CRM, ERP, or workforce management tools

Relentless self\-motivation and drive to make improvements and efficiencies
A passion for people development and first class leadership skills
Ability to multitask and keep others on track whilst under pressure

What can we offer?

Salary of up to £40k to £45k per annum
