Responsibilities:
As a Tax Manager, you will…

• Manage the corporation tax compliance process for a portfolio of standalone and group clients within the Financial Services sector


• Deliver advisory support across areas such as restructures, group tax planning, international matters and transactions.


• Identify tax planning opportunities for clients and work closely with Partners to implement them.


• Support, line manage and develop junior staff while contributing to wider business development activity.

Requirements

As a Tax Manager, you will need…

• Previous experience managing a corporate tax portfolio within a practice environment.


• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.


• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence, advise and build relationships at all levels.


• CTA qualification would be preferred, and Alpha Tax experience would be advantageous.
