As Front Office Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager/Hotel Manager and ultimately Cluster General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high\-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

- Total Operations Management: Assume full responsibility for the 24/7 operations of both the daytime front office and night teams, including running Duty Manager (DM) shifts and arranging shift coverage during night management absences.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proactively analyze guest feedback data to identify trends and implement service changes that drive satisfaction scores.
- Operational Urgency: Maintain a fast\-paced environment, resolving guest complaints and room readiness issues with speed and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule all front desk and night staff to ensure consistent service standards.
- Revenue Management: Drive upselling initiatives and monitor front office financial performance.
- Leadership Experience: Proven management background in a London hotel, overseeing both daytime front\-of\-house operations and night teams, alongside experience running DM shifts.
- Problem\-Solving Mindset: A strong sense of urgency and a results\-driven approach to tackling operational bottlenecks.
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with property management systems like Opera and standard FO and night procedures.
