Front of House Team Member- Supervisor/Keyholder

We can offer a variety of shifts and are in particular we are looking for people who can work afternoons, evenings and weekends.
We are The Red Lion Winfrith and we are on the hunt for the best of the best! We are a fantastic high street pub and Smokehouse in the heart of Winfrith. From Brisket to Roast Lamb, Fish to Halloumi Burgers, we have everyone covered.
What we need from you:
- Bring your passion and confidence to create those memories for our guests
- Fantastic communication skills \& shift management skills.
- Service all guests efficiently \- understand and meeting their needs
- Follow all health and safety, food safety and hygiene measures
- Have a high standard of cleanliness \& guest expectations
- Have the drive to learn and grow in an expanding business

We are looking for team members that have ideally already had some experience working in Hospitality either in pub or restaurant settings in the past and ideally in a supervisor type role. We want to provide our guests with the best experiences possible and to do that, we have high expectations for our team members and their focus on guest experience and hospitality.
Pay: £10\.00\-£14\.00 per hour
