Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front\-of\-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Duties
- Lead and supervise front\-of\-house team members, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Oversee food presentation and ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- Assist in training new staff members in food preparation, serving procedures, and hospitality protocols.
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer enquiries efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods with basic food preparation or serving tasks as needed.
- Enforce food safety standards across all front\-of\-house operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with management on menu updates, special events, and promotional activities.
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Experience in food safety standards and food production processes.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving, barista tasks, or hotel service roles.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to train staff effectively in culinary practices and customer service excellence.

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£25,946\.51 per year
