Front Of House Team Leader
Were looking for a FOH Team Leader it is ESSENTIAL that you have EXPERIENCE in a similar role.
Someone who can greet customers and start to finish make their stay as enjoyable as possible. To ensure the customers receive the best service possible every visit.
We would like to bring in somebody who is calm when the pressure is on, knows how to manage a team on shift and get the best from said team.
And work with company directors ect to deliver the best results, financially and in regards to business reputation and standards.
Skills we are needing for this role :
Cash Handling
Understanding of labour \& how best to manage staff on shift
An understanding of cellar management \- Changing barrels, ales, maintainance of behined the scenes as well as up front
Key Traits \-
Punctuality
Confidence
Calmness
Hard working
Friendly
Clean and tidy individual
Some knowledge of food hygiene
Some knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ideally some experience in Cocktail Making
We are a small semi rural pub, with many "regulars" So understanding this.
Helping us to grow and maintain the growth of the business.
There could be room for progression for the right Team Leader into higher roles.
