Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our bustling hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front\-of\-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front\-of\-house team members, including servers and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring smooth flow and efficient table management.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the front\-of\-house area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support team members through coaching, training, and performance management to foster a motivated work environment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies, including food safety protocols.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and delivery times.
- Maintain stock levels of service supplies and report needs for replenishment.
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, particularly within fast\-paced environments.
- Familiarity with hospitality operations such as barista services or bar management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional attitude towards guest service and team collaboration.
