We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Village.

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone! Our Venues team lives and breathes the electric atmosphere with our famous tours, events and get-up-and-dance music policy. We're looking for the people who'd be the first on the dancefloor, so if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you. The Village is Soho's original LGBTQ+ venue. We might have been around since 1991, but we're still as flamboyant as ever, serving up a perfect combination of late-night parties and unique, laid-back spaces to relax. On the weekends is where we really shine, with go-go boys on the bar, karaoke nights and our fabulous resident DJs spinning the soundtrack to your night. No matter what kind of night our guests are after, Village offers something for everyone, all under one roof.
