We’re are seeking a Team Leader at the Craig House.

This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.

Team Leader Role

• Run successful team leader shifts as required


• Lead and coach the team to deliver a successful service


• Support the team with developing their skill sets


• Provide a genuine warm welcome and deliver world class service to our guests


• Supporting sales targets by upselling wherever possible and briefing the rest of the team


• When dealing with guest complaints you will remain calm and rational and do


• everything you can do to come to a resolution, ensuring the guest leaves happy.


• Deliver all elements of restaurant service to brand standard.


• Understand and follow correct health, safety and hygiene standards.


• Using and understanding all restaurant systems


• Carry out open and closedown procedures as per your shift to the company standard.


• Engage with every type of guest, offering help and going the extra mile.

• Effective communication skills


• Adaptable to change and keeps calm when busy


• Resilient

• Ability to multi\-task
