Assistant Manager - Craig House

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager at the Craig House. You will support the General Manager in everyday management of the team. Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant and supporting the General Manager on the implementation of any necessary change. You will be a role model leader to the team, showing positive engagement, motivation and influencing skill to provide the best service to the guest whilst supporting the team with their personal development.

• Recruit, retain and develop the right people to build an efficient and high performing team


• Keeping our guests and team safe by ensuring we are compliant in brand standards, health and safety, key controls and finance


• Through training and communication, you’ll work with the General Manager to ensure the team really understand our purpose


• Ensure robust controls are in place to effectively manage the relevant lines of the P\&L to help deliver a robust business performance


• Drive sales through delivering service standards, targets and generating revenue opportunities


• Deliver a best\-in\-class pub experience to all our guests through being proactive in seeking to feedback and improvement plans

• Strong communication skills, able to keep the team aligned and motivated.


• Proven ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast\-paced Pub.


• Exceptional organisational skills, with a methodical approach to everything you do.


• Initiative and problem\-solving skills, tackling challenges head\-on when they arise.


• A sense of responsibility and pride in your work, ensuring the highest standards every time.

Pay: £36,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
