Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front of House Supervisor to oversee the guest experience at our esteemed establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front\-of\-house staff. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery


• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check\-in and check\-out procedures


• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests promptly and courteously


• Lead, motivate, and support front\-of\-house staff to deliver outstanding guest services


• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for swift resolution


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at the front desk area


• Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies


• Assist in training new team members to uphold service standards


• Support promotional activities and special events as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively


• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential; multilingual abilities are highly advantageous


• Bilingual candidates will be prioritised due to diverse guest demographics


• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast\-paced setting


• Knowledge of guest services best practices and hospitality standards


• Friendly, approachable demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills


• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
